Refund Policy

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method, in the original currency of purchase, so bank exchange fluctuations don't affect the amount you receive.

Refund timeline

Approval: within 3 business days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse
Processing: an additional 5–7 business days for the funds to reach your bank
Payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Partial refunds

A partial refund may apply if the item is returned outside the 30-day window, shows visible use, or is missing parts or packaging that were not caused by shipping damage.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase — after that, warehouse processing has usually begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Late or missing refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and it hasn't appeared, please contact your card issuer first, then email support@67deals.shop and we'll investigate immediately.
