Returns Policy

Eligibility

• Return window: 30 days from the delivery date
• Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and in the original packaging
• Personal-care, intimate-wear, and clearance items are final sale
• Free returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items

How to start a return

• Email support@67deals.shop with your order number and reason for return
• We reply with a prepaid return label (or return address for international orders) within one business day
• Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3 business days), your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's processed.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap sizes or colours is to place a new order and return the original for a refund.
